About Tim Foley Tim Foley, an award-winning graphic designer who practices in Boston, has been offering design services to clients independently since 2007. Tim’s previous experience includes working for 9 years as creative director/lead designer for The Boston Globe's marketing department. He also has 2 years experience working in the Creative Services departments of The Math Works. Tim graduated from the Graphic Design Certificate Program of The Massachusetts College of Art and Design in 1998. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics, from Clark University, in 1987. Tim was on the Continuing Education staff at The Massachusetts College of Art and Design teaching Pre-press. He was also on staff as a teacher at The Clark University Computer Career Institute teaching the full suite of design software (Quark, Photoshop, Illustrator). Tim was also a teacher at Spire in Boston teaching QuarkXpress. In 2002, Tim was elected to The Board of Directors of The Boston Globe Employees Credit Union. He served as the Marketing Committee Chair, the Audit Committee Chair, and Credit Committee member. Tim was responsible for 'getting the credit union online'. He is also the recipient of the Edward Filene Certificate and Pin, earned the Supervisory Committee Award, and earned the Board of Directors Award. He was re-elected in 2004 and 2007.
