The Guidelines—Partnering

1. Partnership will work in pairs, or in the case of an odd number of people one group will have 3 in it.
2. At the beginning of each quarter, each member of the group will write their name on a piece of paper and put it into a hat.
3. The chair will pick 2 names out of the hat at a time. This will be the accountable pairring.
